Compbrake suspension top mounts are available as adjustable top mounts or fixed top mounts. Both types of top mounts are fitted with a high quality race bearing to ensure a positive top mount location.
Adjustable top mounts are designed to adjust the caster and camber by rotating the top mount through a series of pre drilled threaded holes so the desired amount of suspension geometry can be adjusted and secured.
Fixed top mounts or Known as direct replacement top mounts offer advantages over standard rubber top mounts fitted with needle roller bearings which breakdown and wear very quickly in competition.

Top mounts fitted with Spherical race bearings offer a precise location keeping the geometry fixed without any unwanted caster camber angle changes and gives the freedom of movement through the specially chosen top mount high angular bearing which is housed in the aluminium top mount. Each top mount is carefully manufactured from billet 6062 grade aluminium offering strength and lightness. Suspension top mounts relieve the stress and tension that is put on the suspension and steering parts and give a more positive feel to the handling in high speed cornering when in competition. Both fixed top mounts and adjustable top mounts are a direct replacement fit and our supplied with top mount sleeve nuts and top mount step down sleeves, designed for each cars suspension application. The added benefit of compbrake top mounts is that you instantly feel an improved response in performance handling.
Suspension top mounts fitted with purpose selected bearings will not impair the quality of the ride but as with all suspension parts care has to be taken.
